This is a very mediocre Hampton Inn, in a very convenient location for the Waste Management Open. The hotel is about 10 years past due for a complete overhaul. The furniture is very dated (except for the beds, which were fine), the bathroom is borderline disgusting, and the overall property has a bit of a lingering must. Hampton is a super hit or miss brand, and this one is a miss. Also, for a frame of reference the rate of this room was $550/night.... it should be capped at around $250 for the quality.

Great location and dog friendly. The bed was not comfortable so it was not our usual Hilton hotel experience. The staff was not friendly. Especially, housekeeping. They were bothered when asking for fresh towels or anything on their cart. …

We had a wonderful stay here - clean rooms, and nice pool area. Quiet rooms. Staff were all very friendly at the front desk, housekeeping, and at breakfast! We would definitely return for future stays!

We stayed for three nights. Great location for hanging around Scottsdale, lots of dining options and places to shop. We forgot jackets in the closet at the time of checking out, but a staff kindly sent them to us. We could get it within a week. Such a great help and communication, we highly recommend this place.

I loved the room we stayed in at Hampton Inn. The room was designed for a person with disabilities. (Room 103) It had a walk-in shower with a seat and grab bars. The king-size bed was low enough for me to get onto it. The only suggestion I have is to place non-slip strips on the floor of the shower because the floor gets really slippery with the soap and water. The breakfast was very good and tasty!

This was an excellent choice for accommodations in the Scottsdale area. The room was very clean, had all the usual amenities and was very quiet. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. The wifi worked well. Parking was easy. Staff was very kind.

One of our rooms was dirty, hairs all over the bathroom, and a used towel left on the back of the door. During our stay, we heard multiple other people going to the desk to complain about their room being dirty upon check-in as well. Then our keys quit working and as we were at the desk getting new ones, after walking around the building, an employee (not the desk person) came and told us that we needed to keep our phones away from our cards when that wasn't the problem and I specifically asked about that when checking in and the desk person told me to not worry about it. Turns out the lock at the end of the hall died. Also the pool area was pretty dirty. I get that it's the end of the season but its still 90+ degrees out and the pool area is still open so it should be cleaner than it is. Footprints on the furniture and junk all in the water. Otherwise the desk staff were nice, the breakfast and refreshments were ok. The hotel is in a nice location.

Great customer service. rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and great sound proofing so very quiet. Great breakfast with plenty variety.Pool area quiet clean and lots of loungers.Lots of extra touches like home baked cookies and snacks late afternoon couldn't fault this hotel.
